Seasonal Adjustment

Open Monday 9a-Noon! Memorial week savings: bagged EarthMix® Garden™ & Proganix™-i; 30% off all week!

After nearly a week of much warmer weather, we have been reminded that summer is rapidly approaching.  Memorial Day weekend signals the ‘unofficial’ start of summer, but our forecast reminds us that we are still very much in spring season.  Starting Friday, we will receive a collective reprieve from the heat.  Yesterday afternoon’s showers were greatly appreciated; I hope it rained where you are.  If it didn’t, it appears there are several days in the week ahead where our chances for rain are really good.  That rain, coupled with much cooler, springtime conditions, make for a greatly appreciated seasonal adjustment.

With a semblance of normalcy, rapidly returning to our lives, we at Bates want to acknowledge a tremendous outpouring of support.  We are most grateful for the trust you place in us.  We appreciate you allowing us to serve your gardening needs.  Gardening and horticulture are all that we do.  Our daily focus is in providing the best products and information to assure you achieve gardening success.

Over the past year, we have been able to see, first-hand, the level of interest you have in your garden.  It is apparent, we have needed to ‘raise-the-bar’ on our ability, and commitment, in providing you a direct connection to all things gardening.  We wish to reciprocate the level of trust you place in us by providing a 24/7/365 gardening and horticultural portal.  Whether you find us on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, or YouTube; everything internet related to Bates Nursery, all lead to www.batesnursery.com.

We produce regular weekly content, several times a week, through our many online connections.  From our award winning, “Bates Nursery Botanical Bootcamp” series to “The At Home Show” (we did win an “Air Award” in 2006).  We’re committed to a fun, informative horticultural exchange.
