Bates Nursery and Garden Center has been deemed an essential business as a part of Mayor Cooper’s “Safer at Home” directive, and will remain open during this time.
Our hours are as follows:
Curbside pickup at our Whites Creek location and delivery to the greater Nashville is available.
Below are some measures that we are taking to flatten the curve. Through these measures we aim to make visiting Bates Nursery safe for customers and staff members alike.
We are staffing the phones during regular business hours, and batesnursery.com remains a valuable resource for online shoppers. The majority of our inventory is available online, and is current up to the minute.
-Online shopping: We are constantly working to expand the inventory showing on our website. You can now purchase vegetable and herbs online here. Online inventory is current up to the minute.
-Curbside pickup: We are now offering curbside pickup for all online and phone orders. You don’t even have to get out of your car! Order your plants and have them delivered directly to your car at our Whites Creek Pike location. We are creating a designated curbside pickup zone where guests can park to receive their orders. New procedures have gone into place to streamline curbside pickup and reduce wait times.
-Delivery: We deliver to the greater Nashville area, get plants, soils, and landscape supplies delivered directly to your door.
For the time being, we are remaining open for walk-in business to our open-air facility. While our outdoor plant nursery presents a relatively low risk for infection, we are taking abundant precautions to ensure the safety and health of our guests and our staff.
