Memorial May Days

All roses and 20L bags of EarthMix® Garden™ 30% off; Open 8 AM until Noon Memorial Day!

Memorial Day gives us all a signal.  It is a time to pause and reflect, and it is a time to look forward. We reflect on those veterans who made the ultimate sacrifice on our behalf. If only for a moment, we collectively have a sense of heightened appreciation for the good lives we have.  Quite naturally, I believe, our thoughts then move in the direction of what lies ahead.

Something going on now, through this weekend, is checking out the Own a PART of the Park” Art Exhibition and Sale, benefiting The Conservancy | Parthenon and Centennial Park‎ (click here). Located in the ‘basement’ of the Parthenon, it is a ‘cool’ way to support the arts, and the park.

The warm weather reminds us that the unofficial start of summer has begun.  There is nothing unusual about that. It's the time of year when many begin to think that spring is nearly over.  Cooler temperatures are a week away, but the time to plant is now. We can help you.

Simply take a few pictures with your smart phone or tablet and bring those along with you. This greatly assists us in visualizing your project and helps streamline the process of suggestions we make.

We continue our sale price on #2 Sum and Substance Hostas; we are also adding a couple of ‘goodies’ for our Memorial May Days sale.  ALL roses are 30% off (click here) along with 20L bags of EarthMix® Garden™! Sale prices end Thursday May 30, 2019.

Just a reminder, we will be open normal hours, 8-6 Friday, 8-5 Saturday, and Noon-4 on Sunday. Memorial Day, we will be open from 8 AM until noon. We want to give our staff the opportunity to spend time with their loved ones as well.

Beginning Tuesday, we will adjust our hours a bit. Our hours will then be: 8a-5p through Saturday.  Don’t forget, we have free bottled water on ice available while you shop every day!
