Rain or Shine

Second shipment from Iseli; more than a full semi of Japanese maples/cool conifers, has arrived!

I experienced a strange phenomenon about 4:30a on Wednesday.  I think it is called rain.  It was really only a sprinkle. A measurable amount fell late Wednesday afternoon/early evening.  This weekend provides hope for additional precipitation.  It is time.  Rain or shine it is gardening weather!

If you have visited over the last several months, you probably noticed we rebuilt our shade area.  Now, we have added a canopy top.  By doing so, we have connected the furthest end of our annual greenhouse and perennial area, continuously to the checkout, all under cover.  Fully one-half of our sales area is now ‘high and dry’.  So regardless of what weather we’re receiving, you can shop, from pansies, mums, shade perennials, shade landscape plants, tropical foliage/houseplants, containers and much more, without stepping out into the elements!  We invite you to come out for a perusal.

An ’in-the-know’ gardener like you needs no introduction to Iseli.  We are privileged to offer the widest selection of plants from this premium grower.  Iseli not only grows the best specimen plants, they also offer the widest selection of horticultural goodies; things no one else grows.  Cultivars of Japanese maples and conifers of every different growth habit, texture, and color, are produced by this elite grower.  Words and pictures really don’t do justice: you need to come out and put your ‘sights’ on them to fully appreciate the ‘eye-candy’ these add to your garden.

Let’s not forget about Monrovia.  We received a shipment from the horticultural craftsmen this week, as well. And in addition to that, we received another shipment of large container trees.  We are now fully stocked on Autumn Blaze maples, ready to make an immediate statement in your landscape!

Pansy, viola, chrysanthemum plants are all available, even in plural!  We still have pumpkins to add a bit of spice to your life…and your front porch.  We’re here to help; bring photos of your area(s) of concern, so we can have a look…Rain or Shine!
