Hello on a Tuesday! I'm reaching out earlier than our regular Thursday 4 PM schedule. Why the change? Well, Thanksgiving is upon us, demanding extra time for feasting preparations, and like many, I'll be cherishing time with family.

This Thanksgiving may require some adaptations, but it's also a license to indulge without the guilt of counting calories – in the spirit of my brother-in-law Sid's motto, “Don’t let fear and common sense stop you”. It's a day to embrace the joy of feasting.
