Campanula carpatica 'Blue Clips' has blue, bell shaped flowers borne in racemes atop slender stalks. The bells are flared wide and are upward-facing. Campanula carpatica 'Blue Clips' is an excellent plant for the rock garden, it can also be used in the front of a perennial border.
